What is Cask Ale?
Cask Ale is a draught beer that is unfiltered and which requires a period of time to reach ‘condition’ (ferment), and then to ‘fine (clarify in the pub cellar, before it is ready for sale.

Why Sell Cask Ale?
Cask Ale will be one of the most natural and British products available on your bar. A key product line in most pubs, cask ale still accounts for at least 10 per cent of all beer sold.
